AHA, The plot thickens! >From your statement I take it to mean that you did not level the strings, but just made sure that all strings were being hit with the correct hammer. Doing thus so imho will cause all sorts of weird and not so wonderful sounds due to string cut hammers in a different place as well as unlevel. Leveling the bass strings will not cure all, but will make most unisons much clearer. Joe Goss You know you're on the level if your bubble is in the middle. > what you're describing.
