Greg, I'm afraid you have fallen for another one of those internet hoaxes. Bill Gates does not own the internet (although he wishes he did). There is no legal way he can get any information about who forwards what to whom. There is no "unique IP (Internet Protocol) address log book database" that can track e-mails.
