To whom, or whatever

By the strangest of coincidii, I was perusing ancient Journals from near the
bottom of the stack of alternate entertainment material in the back Throne
Room, when I ran across an article describing "The Career Of Herman
Helmholtz And His Devices For Acoustical Studies" (Why the heck is
EVERYTHING capitalized in titles? dumbness ). It's in the October 1991 issue
on page 27.
