Reminds me of being a sole proprietor and a group of friends asked me who was
in charge.  I said I was the president, secretary, bookeeper, tuner,
rebuilder, and chairman of the board.  They then asked me what happens when
the board has a disagreement?  I would simply hang a sign on my office door
that says "gone fishing."
