Yamaha 5'2" grand

The Ancott book lists a new 5'3" Yamaha at $16,790, which means a customer
could buy that for around $12,000.  Therefore, a 10 year old piano will sell
for about $5500 - $6500  in a customers home, and about $6500 - $7500 in a
store.
