In this scenario I would probably just charge by the hour and not guarantee
the tunings matching note per note or stability. But if the budget will
bear it,
pitch the pianos before they're moved. However I suspect the moving costs
have already strained the reverend's purse strings. 

AN ETD helps in this tuning escapade.
