Thanks for clearing this up for me Keith.. I have not recieved any book or
pamphelet or what-have-you concerning by-laws. I do get the Journals tho. I will
be making the jump to RPT as soon as I can manage it (assuming I pass the tuning
part... grin) so maybe next time.
