Hi Frank, Yes. Tony PS Been tuning pianos for 35 years. Moved to Darwin NT Aust 16 years ago. Have contracts with the Education Department (Schools) that are all over the Territory thus I also have private customers all over too. This gives me a list of some 1,600 pianos. All due for tuneing at some time. Cards work but a data base is better because you can sort in any format you wish to. Ed Dept gets invoices, reports and quotes. Private its invoice, quote, valuation, report etc. To be able to plan and book in jobs on next visit (and order spare parts for job) I gave up trying to use my memory thus Sidekick is great. And to be able to print out all forms on the job saves time and postage. It also allows for you to print out information on pianos for customers as required.
