If you wish to be part of the PTG survey and can not get the survey on your
computer, you can use the library or a friend's computer.  If you are still
having trouble getting the survey you can E-mail Sandy Roady at the Home
Office at sroady@unicom.net  and she will be happy to send you a hard copy.
