Marcel,

     I can relate.  Made an appointment by phone today with a gentleman to 
tune his grand.  As we were about to hang up, he said, "By the way, you have 
to lift up the lid and stuff to tune it, don't you?  We'd better wait until 
January.  My wife has an entire porcelain village on that thing, and she'd 
shoot both of us if we moved anything!" 

      I just hope she didn't sprinkle a bag of "snow" on top of the whole 
display... ...shudder.
