Jim:  I know a couple of places where I can pick them up in Billings, MT.
 Just let me know and I would consider myself privileged to be able to
pick one up for you and mail it to you.  It is really light weight ( pun
intended ) and could easily be shipped via Post Office 2nd day delivery. 
Cost around 5-6 dollars as I recall.  I have one and wouldn't be without.
