While I don't have especially helpful advice on the headache inducing Haines Bros. grand, I too will be working on one in the near future, and was wondering if those more experienced with these beasts have recommendations for duplicating the troublesome springs. Particular gauges of spring wire to have in stock for these? Advice for making jigs to make a whole set in minimum time? TIA, Patrick
