CHeck the hammer spring tension.  If this piano is one without bridle
straps they may have run the tension up to compensate.  Just move off
to a neighbor and see how it feels.

You might consider putting some lead in the fronts of the keys.  Most
of those actions need a little inertia increase anyway.
