Well now I have tuned Hohner clavinets but I'm not sure of the E7. My experience has been the "front" panel has two machine threaded knobs for removal. The lid lifts right up. You use a nickel or quarter to tune the beast. I always tuned it to my Yamaha PT4, back when I used it, without a cents deviation. 0 right down to the bottom. It is close enough for rock and roll.
