How about...

All the music you *can't* play if the piano is tuned in an HT.

Tuning the piano in an HT will crack the plate.

A piano is tuned in ET if you meant it to be and if you believe that it is,
regardless of what the outcome really is.

"Meantone" means what it says, "mean" tone.

Bach invented ET and every instrument built thereafter and all music created
thereafter was meant to be in ET.  Any transgression from this is a violation
of common law.
