Samick needs much help in their customer service.  I talked to the Samick
people at the NAMM show and they were so swamped with calls that their
answering machine system could not handle all the calls.  You should call the
local dealer ask for the Disterict Managers number and call him/her.  Then ask
for the services fax line and fax it direct to them and then you will get
service.  That is what we did and by golly it worked.
