attachments, viruses, email, and lists

I received this file and since I did not recognize the sender I
deleted the file and emptied the trash folder and emptied the Recycle
Bin.  I don't like getting .exe files unless I know where they came
from or unless _I_ requested it from a reliable source.

I have had two viruses and they are a bitch to get rid of.

I also prefer to save download files to a zip drive and check them
with Norton Anti Virus before running.
