	I have seen this problem on several pianos that have been tipped over,
dropped, jolted in a move, or, in one case somersalted off the back of a
pickup truck. You can be pretty sure that the keys have jumped the front rail,
as has been mentioned. Usually if it is one of the more drastic problems, more
keys would be affected. (For instance, the one that did the somersalt had a
lot more concerns than keys that were out of position.)  Of course, the
diagnostic trip is the way to go. If you can fix it easily, you look really
smart, and if the damage is more extensive, they were looking at a larger bill
anyway.
