Hi Larry,

I sold my New York clientele to four tuners, based upon the customer
needs and the capabilities of the tuners.  I got 10% of the work they
did for my customers for the first year and 5% the second year. 
Wasn't much money but I did help.

I did the same when I left Dallas and got next to nothing because the
economy was in the pits.

"Blue Sky" indeed.  I think $800 is reasonable.

DOes she work?

Are there kids involved below their majority?

Is there other property involved?

Lawyers are the worst ass holes in the world.
