In addition to the information I sent you, Newton just reminded me of
something. If her lawyer wants to give a Blue Sky Value to your business, if
she is working, even if she is working for someone else, and not self
employed, there is value in her income making ability. And that value has to
be countered in your ability to make money. 

Just some more ammunintion to give you an equal break.
