Broken action screw

I have found that the fact that the screws are under pressure downwards
against the action frame stresses them excessively.  You can see that
the threads are rounded where they rub against the frame brackets.  I've
had them break even before they are fully seated in the holes.  I try to
make a habit of replacing them with new ones (or lag screws) if I can.
