Hello David<

This is a P.S. to my post to you.
To replace a broken pin in this system
Take a regular tuning pin,  saw it off the 
correct length, saw slot in back of pin,
insert pin into hole in plate, tap a metal
wedge into slot, ( an old screwdriver blade
tip will work).  Tap wedge up to tighten, tap 
pin down to loosen. Works like a charm.
