Ellington grand

An insurance agent called wanting an estimate of value for an Ellington
grand in a home that has received smoke damage.  I assume he wants market
value for the same without the smoke damage.  He gave a serial number of
28936 which would be about the year 1911.

I don't suppose it would be worth much.  I believe I tuned the piano
several years ago, and it was in average condition for its age.  Any ball
park figures?
