Larry, Steam steam steam works very quick. With my steam generator, 55 pounds of pressure blast the dirt away. I remove the sharps from the key set and blast the dirt away on a work bench. a quick wipe with a clean cloth removes the grime. Five minutes and keys are clean with no chemicals that you may be allergic to.
