I believe these were called "Victory Verticals." I had a customer a few 
months ago mention his fond memories of these pianos. He remembered that 
they were "finished" in military khaki/greens and were built in 
super-heavy-duty fashion to withstand constant transport. He said they 
were good pianos. I'd love to see one.
