Wanted: West coast tech interested in teaching regional Vert. Reg. classes

I was regestered to attend the Vertical Regulation Curriculum class on 7/20 
in KC.  Due to an airline reservation mixup, I am unable to attend now and 
there is a need to fill that spot.  If anyone is interested in learning how
