thanks examiners

Not only a big thanks to the institute committee, and the instructors, but 
there was another group of people who worked very hard during the convention. 

Very few of you are probably aware that the fifth floor of the hotel was 
occupied by the ETS committee, who not only gave exams, and set up tutoring 
times, but also had the pleasure of sleeping with a piano and/or technical 
exam materials. 

The committee got there on Monday, and worked for two days prepping the exam 
pianos, to get them ready for the master tuning.  

So thanks to all of the examiners, and especially Keith and Mark and Curtis, 
for setting up and running the exam schedule.  You guys did a great job.
