When I sell a piano, be it a new or a used one, I ask my customers to write
down every little thing they think is wrong with the piano. This gives me a
road map. Some of the problems are very minute, and can be taken care of very
easily. But I will do what ever it takes to make the piano play and sound
right. I want my customers to be happy. As I tell them, I might like them
very much, but I just don't to see them every other day.

Insist that the problems are taken care of. If the store won't send a
competent tech to solve the problems, call Young Chang, and ask them to send
one.
