Get real Doug.  The cost of living in Joburg is not like US.  I just got back 
from Joburg and had long discussions with Brian and what he said is a great 
salary for there.  Housing there is a third what it is here.  You have to 
consider that most are making less than $8000 per year there for jobs we get 
paid $25-30k per year here.

Sounds like a good opportunity for you Brian.  Especially if you can keep 
your clients in Joburg.

    My two cents would be to not even consider it unless the salary was
 closer to $50,000 per year  in US dollars. I not sure what your equivalent
 amount would be. I'm assuming you are a top notch technician with years of
 experience.
