I would like to thank those of you who contribute to this list. I read it everyday(lurk?) but don't respond so as not to clog the list. I recently did the CA repair to an upright that had one pin that absolutely wouldn't hold at all. Client was an elementary school Music teacher with a degree in piano performance. Without the repair I couldn't have tuned it and it would have been junk. I must confess that upon first reading about the CA pin block doping procedure I wasn't entirely sure that you guys weren't pulling my leg. But I had the Dryburg Adhesive kit that was sold at Providence for other repairs and I waited until the right situation came up that I could try it on. Worked like a charm. Thanks guys for sharing...even if it does seem to draw the ire of some...most of the rest of us benefit. Fred Brown III PTG Assoc Atl Chap Tech Specialist City Schools of Decatur
