I agree with Mr Firmin and raise him several levels in favor of this book. Where I have experienced with what Craig Brougher is talking about I find it to be accurate. Every rebuilder should have this book or borrow it and at least read the appendices. There is a lot of good information and it makes you think about why and what you are doing.
