Hi Ron, If you use the *water thin* CA glue the problem is more how to keep it from running out the bottom of the block. I have done a Yamaha with plate bushings. There was no problem at all with it wicking down thru. I apply it at the base of the tuning pin and cohesion (sp?) does the rest--it runs down the pin, right into the hole.
