loose let-off screw

Here's what I've done, and it has proven permanent.  Turn the button off
the end of the screw, then remove the screw.  Insert some yarn into the
hole and reinsert the screw.  Put at least two or more pieces of yarn,
or as much as you think will take up the slack in the screw hole.
Insert the screw and button.  Regulate as usual.  I had to do this on a
few Samick grands.
