Dang answer

Greetings, 
    I bet it would have been harder to answer if I had said that I had put 
the keys on the frame one at a time and checked to see that nothing was 
rubbing. There wasn't.  However,  when the adjacent sharps were put on, the 
felt coverings on the half rounds were  pressed just enough to push out and 
drag on the two slow keys.  David had it right, first, I think, though there 
were others, too. 
   Had me gobsmacked, it did.
