For EB M3, M6 (as you wrote...), this formula gives relative P4, P5, m3 sizes too.

M6=ABS({4(M3)-[(5+5)*P1]}/-3)
P4=M6-M3
P5=2(M3)-M6
m3=2(P1)-M6

But it still doesn't give adequate generators for a normal temperament; however, EB
M3, m6 can only give 3 sizes of M3s. Probably I'm looking at this the wrong way,
anyhow.
