Good luck finding these. I don't know if they're still in publication, but
with all of the current interest it would make sense for them to be available.

These publications have very interesting and valuable information but
unfortunately, it is of interest to a relatively small, specialized group.
Therefore, it is not feasible to market them through the usual book
companies. It would be better for PTG to take on the publishing of these
materials both on CD-ROM and in printed page but in notebook binder form.
After all, these pages are meant to worked with and copied. The author
generously gives his permission any time he is asked.
