Any comments on the quality of the various germany made uprights is greatly
appreciated?

    What an experience to have a conversation all around the world.   I am
wondering about the opinions of others about Grotrian.  I have seen a
Grotrian upright here in the US (California) and was impressed.  Likewise
with the grands the six and seven footers.  Meeting Herr Grotrian himself
at the show room boosted my regard.   ---ric
