                                    It is a sevice number, You have to give them her name, location or previous location, or If she lives with another person give them that name too.

The web adress is a little bit difficult to use, you have to log on and give your 
swedish personal number. I don't know If you can search if you don't have that number..

I think the telefone munber is the easiest to use, I do it a lot and it works fine.
