Acrosonic pin rail guide

Any way to re-bush the pin guide rail on a baldwin acrosonic "console", 
without having to remove it? This 40" DOES have a "semi" dropped action, but 
the action sits on the capstans, just like a standard upright. About 1/3 of 
the holes in the pin guide rail need rebushing, but I am wondering if 
there's a way to do it while it's in place. Otherwise, it's gonna be quite a 
headache getting those pins BACK in the newly bushed holes. Any "tricks 'O' 
the trade" are appreciated!
