Well yes if the subject has changed you should start a complete new
thread however, if it takes a new route then yes add some extra lines.
Take in point:
[1] Dale Probst, posted a complete new subject "Texoma Chapter
Newsletter" which is part of "[OT] Proposal on off-topic" discussion so
if I was applying a filter to this thread then Dale's post would be lost
as well also, later if doing a search in the pianotach archives results
would be more constant if the correct protocol is used.
What Dale should have done is started a new email not reply to an email
received from the pianotech listserv and just change the subject, that
is the wrong way of doing it.
