Also don't forget the service manuals from the manufacturers.  The one I
have written by George Defebaugh for Kawai in the 70's is very good for
regulation of all pianos.  They are usually sent to you free from the
Company for the asking.
Well you should submit the request on your business letterhead stationary
and enclose a business card.     ---ric
