Tool for the Technical Test

Hi Phil,

My instinct, based on past experience, would be to take only the tools which  you would require to perform "portable" service. I'd take the electric drill but leave the "big tools" at home. I'm almost certain the committee will have major tools on site and, if there's something you need and don't have, it could likely be borrowed from another examinee or host chapter personnel.

When you arrive, check out the technical exam office a day in advance of your scheduled time to be certain things you need (and don't have) are available. These folk will bend over backwards to accommodate you.
