I service a August Forster 6'3" grand that is less than ten years old.  It
is a very well built piano.  The regulation is a little unusual, in that the
dampers lift quite high and some of the parts are different than usual.  The
hammers had to be voiced, being very rough from the factory.  Now that some
regulation and voicing have been done, it is quite nice.  Fit and finish are
very good.  Strings are individually tied.
