One further question, how many leads in the key fronts. At 10.3 grams it seems very little. All this information is needed but it is a good idea to get ten to twelve keys measured and half of them sharps to help establish trends better. Essentially wippen assist springs should be adjusted to just lift the wippens up to the letoff buttons and drop screws. The hammer weight is in the middle of the "medium" volume range. The strike ratio is indeed back in the bleachers. Start by reducing the spring tension then check your numbers again after placing enough led weights on the key to get the balance weight where you would like it, say 38 or 40 grams and get back to us. Isn't it amazing how some actions are so off the wall? I look forward to hearing more about this action. Newton
