Frozen or Binding regulating screws

Arnie,  It has worked for me to heat up the frozen screws with the tip of a 
soldering iron before trying to turn them.  Don's heat too much, just till 
they are free.  It is hard to judge just how much that is, but try a few, and 
they will free up for you.
