Frozen or Binding regulating screws

Hi Arnie,

Get your soldiering gun/iron out and apply heat directly to the adjustment 
screws.
This always breaks them free for me.  I have gone as far on some actions of 
removing the screws if they are rusty and either cleaning them up or 
replacing with new.  Don't scorch the wood with the heat.
