Tuning Pin Torque

I will be glad when the Journal on CD, comes out. That is the chart
that I recalled, but I would never have found it. That search feature on
the CD will be great. I hope they inform us soon, we can order it. Or can
we pre-order now?
I was looking at an ad for a Loop Forming Machine, it was $32.50 net,
in the March '82 Journal.
The same tool in the Schaff catalogue is $28.13 today, unless it is a
misprint. It is seldom a tool goes down in price. I was really surprised.
Thank you all who answered.
Regards,
