---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment Hi Fernando, As both a Yamaha dealer and technician, the balance rail holes on most of the grands tend to be tight, however you should only trust an experienced technician to ease the balance rail holes and key bushings. ISo check the qualifications of the tuner/technican carefully through your local Yamaha dealer. The other areas that can cause a heavy 'feel', is poor regulation with no after touch, and or strong repitition springs. There will be a trade off if the spring tension is reduced, with slightly slower repitition. Unless some actual figures are given for touch weight, we would have no way of knowing if in fact the touch is not to factory specs. Hope this helps a little.
