Gina,

I mean weeks rather than months or years. I haven't tried to call within two
weeks - so I'll try again. Our problem is case parts. Recently, we had a
major accident with a falling orchestra shell segment and our 3 year old D
sustained some damage to both front and back lids. We want to replace them
with new lids (on Wenger's tab, of course), hence the problem - I don't
think Schaff has these, as good as they are. The problem may relate to us
losing our local franchise.
