Rook, this customer is shipping their household goods on Monday, May =
8th, but they are staying in St. Louis until their daughter graduates =
from high school May 28.

Their Name: Anthony & Nancy Dehntjer, 18210 Traverse, Alva, Fl 33920. =
They bought a lot and had a house built. It is finished now so they are =
moving their household goods.

According to Paul Keogler, Dancing Ivories, (dancingivories@erols.com) =
631-242-0963, it is a gear bad in the gear box which is riveted closed. =
Rivets have to be drilled out and opened to replace. The gear, your =
cost, is $125.00.

I looked at this Kimball player today. 1.) the people are moving to =
Alva, FL May 8th. 2.) the spool box has a problem (the motor runs the =
the gear assembly doesn't move) and needs repair. 3.) I have a call into =
"Dancing Fingers" 631-242-0963 for parts or ?

I advised the customer I would try to find a technician where they =
are moving and give them their name and who ever responds to me I will =
in turn give them your name.

    Thanks in advance :-)
    Ken Gerler
